Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

First Choice, in collaboration with Airalo, is offering eligible customers a complimentary 1GB global eSIM data package (the “Offer”). These Terms and Conditions govern the use and redemption of the Offer and form a legally binding agreement between the customer and First Choice.

The Airalo Discover eSIM provides mobile data only — no voice calls or SMS functionality and is ideal for browsing, messaging apps (e.g., WhatsApp, iMessage), maps, and travel apps.

2. Eligibility Criteria

2.1. The Offer is available exclusively to customers with a confirmed booking made through First Choice.

2.2. Eligibility is subject to the following conditions:

  • The customer must be traveling to destinations classified as “roaming-relevant” by First Choice in alignment with Airalo’s supported countries under the Discover Global eSIM product. The list of supported countries is maintained by Airalo and may be updated at any time. Customers are advised to consult the most current list of included destinations here:

First Choice reserves the right to determine and update the list of eligible destinations at its sole discretion, based on commercial, technical, or operational considerations.

  • The customer must possess a device that supports eSIM functionality. Device compatibility must be verified by the customer prior to redemption.

2.3. First Choice reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to extend the Offer to customers who do not meet the standard eligibility criteria outlined in these Terms and Conditions.

2.4. Such discretionary distribution may occur in the context of:

  • Marketing campaigns, promotional activities, or customer engagement initiatives;
  • Pilot programs, product testing, or service trials;

2.5. The inclusion of such customers shall not be construed as a waiver or permanent amendment of the eligibility criteria, nor shall it create any entitlement or precedent for future offers.

3. Offer Limitations

3.1. The Offer is limited to one (1) 1GB eSIM voucher code per booking, irrespective of the number of travellers associated with the booking.

3.2. The voucher code is valid for a period of twelve (12) months from the date of issuance and may be redeemed at any time within this period.

3.3. The voucher code is transferable but may only be redeemed once.

3.4. The partnership agreement between First Choice and Airalo for the distribution of the free 1GB Discover Global eSIM is currently set to expire in April 2026, unless extended by mutual agreement.

3.5. Distribution of new eSIM voucher codes will cease after the agreement expiry date, unless otherwise communicated by First Choice.

3.6. All eSIM voucher codes distributed to customers prior to the expiry date will remain valid and redeemable for a period of twelve (12) months from the date of issuance, in accordance with Section 3 of these Terms and Conditions.

4. Redemption Process

4.1. Eligible customers will receive the voucher code via:

  • A pre-departure email from First Choice; and/or
  • The “Deals” section of their myFirst Choice account, where applicable.

4.2. To redeem the Offer, customers must:

  • Visit the designated Airalo campaign page: https://airalo.pxf.io/RGYrdX
  • Log in to an existing Airalo account or create a new one;
  • Enter the voucher code under the “Airmoney” section of their account.

4.3. Upon successful redemption, the eSIM will be available under the “eSIMs” section of the customer’s Airalo account and may be activated upon arrival in the destination country. The eSIM is valid for five (5) days from the time of activation.

5. Top-Up and Additional Purchases

5.1. Customers who exhaust the 1GB data allowance may:

  • Top up the eSIM using a First Choice 10% discount code, if available; or
  • Purchase a local eSIM via Airalo, subject to availability and compatibility.

6. No Cash Value or Substitution

6.1. The Offer is provided free of charge and has no cash value.

6.2. The Offer is non-refundable, non-exchangeable, and non-substitutable. No alternative product, service, or compensation will be provided in lieu of the Offer.

6.3. First Choice and Airalo shall not be liable for any claims, losses, or damages arising from the non-use, partial use, or inability to use the Offer.

7. General Provisions

7.1. The Offer is subject to availability and may be modified, suspended, or withdrawn at any time without prior notice.

7.2. Use of the eSIM and related services is subject to Airalo’s Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy.

7.3. First Choice accepts no responsibility for technical issues, device incompatibility, or service disruptions related to the use of the eSIM.

8. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

8.1. First Choice and Airalo make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the availability, quality, or performance of the eSIM service.

8.2. First Choice shall not be liable for:

  • Any technical issues, device incompatibility, or service interruptions;
  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Offer;
  • Any loss of data, connectivity, or service coverage.

8.3. The customer is solely responsible for verifying device compatibility and that the device is network-unlocked and ensuring proper installation and activation of the eSIM.

9. Data Protection

9.1. Personal data collected in connection with the Offer will be processed in accordance with:

9.2. By redeeming the Offer, the customer consents to the sharing of necessary booking and contact information between First Choice and Airalo for the purpose of fulfilling the Offer.

9.3. In accordance with applicable data protection laws, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), customers have the following rights:

  • The right to access their personal data;
  • The right to rectification of inaccurate or incomplete data;
  • The right to erasure (“right to be forgotten”) under certain conditions;
  • The right to restrict or object to processing;
  • The right to data portability;
  • The right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

9.4. Customers may exercise their data protection rights by contacting First Choice or Airalo through the contact details provided in their respective privacy policies.

10. Customer Responsibilities

10.1. It is the customer’s responsibility to:

  • Ensure their device is eSIM-compatible before attempting to redeem or install the eSIM;
  • Follow all instructions provided by Airalo for successful installation and activation;
  • Activate the eSIM only upon arrival in the destination country to avoid premature expiration.

10.2. First Choice and Airalo are not responsible for any issues arising from incorrect installation, early activation, or misuse of the eSIM.

11. Customer Support

11.1. For technical issues related to eSIM redemption, installation, or usage, customers must contact Airalo Customer Support directly via https://www.airalo.com/contact-us.

11.2. First Choice is not responsible for providing technical support for Airalo products or services.

12. Amendments

13.1. First Choice reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. The most current version will be made available via official First Choice communication channels.
